Checklist for E-Text

Use this checklist to determine when an E-text master for either a new or existing publication is strongly recommended.

How to use the Checklist: Print this page and check off YES or NO as applicable.

If the answer is yes to one or more of these questions, you should seriously consider producing an E-text master.

1. Does the publication have information that is vital to a person's well being?

Examples:

• Government support payments
• Information on health care
• Tax information

Examples:

• Retirement information
• Information on home renovations to accommodate aging or disability
• Programs and services specifically for people with disabilities or seniors
